Requirements for the production of eurocontainers of 1.1 cubic meters

Production of euro containers with a volume of 1.1 cubic meters. regulated by DSTU standard 8476-2015.

Manufactured Eurocontainers must meet the following requirements:

1. Mobile and stationary containers for solid household waste must be adapted for unloading solid household waste from them into specially equipped vehicles and be adapted to their lifting mechanism.

2. Metal containers must be made of sheet hot-rolled / cold-rolled structural steel of different thickness and profile.

3. Protective spraying of a metal container can be of several types:

paint – respectively GOST 9.032, GOST 9.402 and GOST 9.104;
galvanic (galvanizing) – according to GOST 9.307;
polymeric

It is also possible to use other types of protective spraying, which are resistant to the conditions of operation of containers in the open air in an aggressive environment of household waste.

4. Mobile containers must be equipped with wheels to be able to move on a horizontal surface.

5. Wheels are installed with the possibility of:
– reversal of a four-wheeled container on the spot;
– moving a four-wheeled container in any direction.

6. A four-wheeled mobile container must be equipped with brakes on two wheels with a foot pedal.

7. The body of the mobile container should have handles on all sides for convenient manual movement of the container by loaders.

8. The Eurocontainer must be equipped with a hinged or hinged lid connected to the container body.

9. The design of the container should reduce to zero the possibility of injury to the user.

10. The container must be resistant to overturning.

11. The materials from which the container is made must be non-toxic, not have a negative impact on the environment and human health.

12. The materials from which the container is made must not stimulate the development of microflora, must be resistant to disinfectants and temperature changes in the air environment and the aggressive environment of household waste.

“TAF-87” produces euro containers that meet all parameters of DSTU 8476-2015. The design of manufactured containers has been tested by time and various conditions of their operation. Eurocontainers have hooks that are suitable for garbage collection equipment with rear loading.
