Technical characteristics

Container for collecting solid waste of an open type with a volume of 0.75 m3.

Overall dimensions:

a). top 900x900mm.
b). bottom 700x700mm.
c). height 1100 mm.

Main metal: 2 mm sheet steel, GOST 19904-90
Edged with a corner at the top: 40×40 mm., flat, hot-rolled GOST8509-93.
Side capture: corner 50x50x3mm., length 500mm., indentation from the top 120mm.
2 lids (not shown on the drawing) measuring 900×400 are installed on top of the container,
Made of sheet or profile steel 1.2-1.5 mm., with handles and fixed hinges. The lids close to meet each other.
Lateral reinforcement: equal-shelf corner 40×40 mm., length 100 mm.
Solid welding of all seams.
From below, 4 corner supports 40x40x3mm, length 50mm are welded to the bottom.
Painting with red-brown soil GF-021 or green enamel PF 115.

DSTU 8476:2015

At the moment, the National Standard DSTU8476:2015 is in force on the territory of Ukraine, which regulates the production and operation of containers for household waste. According to the standard, metal waste containers with a volume of 750 liters / 0.75 cubic meters are made of sheet hot-rolled or cold-drawn structural steel of various thicknesses and profiles. The modular units of the container are assembled with bolts or welded according to GOST 8724, GOST 9150, GOST 1759.0, GOST 5264, GOST 14771, GOST 14776 and GOST 3242. The protective coating of metal containers can be of the following types:
