A metal tank for solid waste with a volume of 750 liters is the most common type of garbage container in Ukraine. The design of this tank is time-tested and has many advantages. Technology and subtleties of production:

It is made of cold-rolled/hot-rolled steel sheet 1.2/1.5/2.0 mm thick;
Hard edging at the top along the perimeter with a corner of 40x40x3 mm. (pipes 40x40x2 mm for the reinforced version);
Corners are welded on the sides of the container for ease of emptying into the garbage disposal;
The weld seam is applied with tacks of 50-70 mm every 150 mm;
The bottom is welded with a continuous welding seam;
There are drain holes at the bottom;
Corner legs from a profile pipe;
The front has stiffeners for the entire height of the container;
Primed from all sides with anti-corrosion primer GF-021;
Can be painted with alkyd enamel PF-115 (only on the outside and the bottom, color of your choice).
