During the times of the USSR, the production of solid waste tanks was regulated by GOST 12917-70, and then by the industry standard OST 22-1643-85. At the moment, there are no documents/standards in Ukraine to regulate the requirements for the production of garbage cans with a volume of 0.75 cubic meters. Therefore, tank manufacturers are not limited in any way in the production technology and the quality of the materials used.
