It is not necessary to produce solid waste tanks
The production of MSW (Household Solid Waste) bins requires compliance with quality and safety standards, as they are designed to store waste that may be hazardous to health and the environment. However, there are some mistakes that can lead to defects in garbage cans:
- Use of low-strength materials: Insufficiently strong materials can lead to tank damage from impacts, debris loads, or environmental exposure. LLC TAF-87 uses grade 1 metal.
- Defects in welding and connections: Insufficient quality welding can cause weak connections, which can lead to leakage or destruction of the tank, defects in welding can be seen in the photo.
- Deficiencies in lid design or opening mechanism: Weak lid design or an unreliable opening mechanism can lead to hazards for users and the environment.
- Insufficient strength of the garbage compartment: If the garbage compartments do not withstand the load, this can lead to its collapse and accidental spillage of garbage. TAF-87 uses different thicknesses of metal from 1.2 to 2 mm, this guarantees the durability of the use of the tank.
- Insufficient resistance to environmental influences: Garbage tanks must be resistant to atmospheric conditions, chemicals and other factors that can lead to their destruction or deformation. In the production of TAF-87, coating with GF-021 primer is used on all sides, and painting with PF-115 enamel in the color of the customer’s choice with the application of a logo.
It is important to comply with all the requirements of the standards and use high-quality materials and production technologies to ensure the safety and quality of the garbage cans.
