The mesh container with a volume of 1450 liters belongs to the group of containers for separate garbage collection. Unlike the mobile mesh Eurocontainer, it has legs for concreting. The container is used to collect PET containers, paper, cardboard, glass bottles, etc.
The company “TAF-87” manufactures net containers for PET in the workshop using a sheet bending machine, guillotine, cutting and machining machines, which reduces the number of welding areas and improves the quality of the product. Welding is carried out semi-automatically, protective coating is applied with a spray gun. It is also possible to design and manufacture containers according to individual dimensions (of any configuration).
Design features of the mesh container:
- It is made of a mesh of 50x50x3 mm, hard edging around the perimeter from a corner of 40x40x3 mm.
- There is a window for throwing PET;
- Convenient door for emptying, with eyelets for a padlock;;
- Primed from all sides with anti-corrosion primer GF-021;
- It is covered with alkyd enamel PF-115 (the outer and inner sides of the tank and the bottom, the color of your choice);
- The size of the container is 1000x1000x1500 mm;
- Legs for concreting 500 mm.
Standard size:
- lower belt 1000×1000 mm;
- upper belt 1000×1000 mm;
- height 2000 mm general, 1500 mm useful.
Additionally: application of the logo – 200 hryvnias. – applied with enamel through a stencil or pasted on an A4 sheet (oracal).
Mesh containers can be manufactured in a reinforced version, taking into account individual requirements, according to a special project. It is also possible to redeem your tank.
