Eurocontainer with a volume of 1100 liters is the right choice for production facilities, supermarkets and residential high-rise buildings. Metal Eurocontainers have a number of advantages over metal garbage cans: Eurocontainer is more capacious and mobile; equipped with a more convenient cover; has a more pleasant appearance. The only drawback of euro containers is their price. Eurocontainer is more than 2 times more expensive than a regular garbage can, however, the service life of the Eurocontainer is twice as long.

The “TAF-87” enterprise produces Euro-containers for solid waste in the workshop using a sheet bending machine, guillotine, cutting and machining machines, which reduces the number of welding areas and improves the quality of the product. Welding is carried out semi-automatically, protective coatings are applied with a spray gun. It is also possible to design and manufacture according to individual dimensions (of any configuration).

Technology and subtleties of Eurocontainer production:

Containers for household waste in accordance with the technical requirements of DSTU 8476:2015

• It is made of cold-rolled / hot-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2 / 2.0 mm;
• It has a rigid edging around the perimeter from a profile pipe and a bent profile;
• There are special grips and handles on the sides of the garbage container for easy emptying into garbage collection equipment;
• There are drain holes on the bottom;
• Reinforced wheels are attached at the corners (swivel with feet), diameter 200 mm., designed for a load of 250 kg / wheel.
• There are stiffeners in the front;
• Primed from all sides with anti-corrosion primer GF-021;
• Covered with PF-115 alkyd enamel (only on the outside and bottom, color to choose).

Additionally: application of the logo – 200 UAH – applied with enamel through a stencil or pasted on an A4 sheet (oracal).

Garbage containers can be made in a reinforced version, taking into account individual requirements, according to a special project.
